DELIVERY & RETURN
When ordering from us at lootmloot.com Indian customers will have to pay a shipment fees ranges from Rs. 70 to Rs.200. However, your returns and exchanges will be on us.
DELIVERY TIME
When an order is paid and confirmed, the order will be shipped the next day. Delivery time is 1-5 business days within India. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will contact you and you will be entitled to cancel your purchase, if preferred.
GET YOUR NOTICE BY EMAIL OR TEXT
Once your order has been shipped from us, you will receive a delivery email with a Tracking number. This can be used to search for your package and also to pick up your order when it has arrived at the service center. When the package has arrived to the service center you will immediately receive a text on your phone, giving you a notice that your goods are ready.
NOTE! You always have to legitimize yourself when picking out your package.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the package and / or content is damaged when you get it, please notify it immediately at the service center.
NOT COLLECTED
Once you have received the text message you’ll have to get your watch within 14 days, or Lootmloot.com will charge all customers a fee of Rs.150. The fee contains the actual costs of return, handling fee and handling in total. If you, of any reason change your mind about the watch and want a return or exchange it, you still have to to pick up the package at your service center and return it to us with the customer return. You will also have to contact us so we can confirm your return. Once your return is confirmed by us, the package has to be with us within 14 days or it will automatically be registered as un-payed and charged accordingly.
RETURNS
You are always entitled to return your goods within 10 days from the date you received your package. If you have an order with multiple items that for or any reason has been sent on different dates, your 10 days of right to return starts when you have revived the last item. Without undue delay and no later than 10 days after you notified us about your return, your money will be sent back to you on the bank account your used when purchasing our product. If you want to undo your purchase right away, please let us know as soon as possible and we will stop the withdrawal immediately.
To return your package for free, regardless of the size of the package or the number of items,use the customer return label that is attached to the delivery slip. You can also choose other options for returning the product, but you will be responsible for the actual costs of returning the goods as a customer.
We recommend you to use the attached return slip when your return is confirmed and invoked. We ask you to return your package as soon as possible in its original package as a postage or letter. The right of undo your order applies to everything on our website lootmloot.com

We have a guarantee of 1 year of our products.
The guarantee applies: Repairs of any mechanism issues
The warranty does not apply if you have been negligent

Our warranty does not apply if:
There has been an incident with the product after the customers has received it
If the product has been neglected
If the product has been used in an unnatural way
If the customer did not follow maintenance and service instructions
GENERALLY
Please note that you will have to have the Admin’s permission to shop at Lootmloot if you are under 18. All goods remain Lootmloot.com’s property until the full payment has been received. Lootmloot reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
